NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Superintendent, for the Warren County Mosquito Extermination Commission (WCMEC), County of Warren, State of New Jersey until Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. prevailing time at the Warren County Mosquito Extermination Commission facility, 2 Furnace Street, Oxford, New Jersey 07863-0388 at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read for:
LARVICIDAL APPLICATIONS BY AIRCRAFT
Application Rates–Pesticides to be Used
(Pesticides subject to substitution)
5 lbs./acre—granular formulations of Bti (VectoBac GS or equivalent)
7 lbs./acre — granular formulations of Bti (VectoBac GS or equivalent)
10 lbs./acre– granular formulations of Bti (VectoBac GS or equivalent)
Specifications, Instructions to Bidders and Proposal Forms may be obtained via email from the Commission secretary. If requested by potential bidders, the WCMEC will mail a bid packet to such bidders. The WCMEC only assumes responsibility for email and/or fax notification and for placing bid packet in the mail, and not for the proper and timely delivery of such notices or packets. Please email your request to cfisher@warrencountymosquito.org or call (908) 453-3585 to request an electronic copy of the bid package commencing December 29, 2025. Bids must be made on the Proposal Form included with the bid specification in the manner required by the bid specifications, enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and addressed to the Chairman, Bradley Burke, Warren County Mosquito Extermination Commission,P.O. Box 388, 2 Furnace Street, Oxford, New Jersey 07863-0388 and clearly marked outside “BID LARVICIDAL APPLICATIONS BY AIRCRAFT”. Public bid openings will take place at WCMEC/Weights & Measures Building, 2 Furnace St., Oxford, NJ 07863.
BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF N.J.S.A.
10:5-31 et. seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
